Questions about a loan you already have, such as payments, payoff amounts or due dates, go to the lender that funded it. We can help with your request and with how our service works.
How to reach us
Email [email protected], call (888) 257-3593 or write to 179 Sycamore Street, Suite 527, Augusta, ME 04330. Email is usually the quickest way to get a detailed answer.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: (888) 257-3593
- Mail: 179 Sycamore Street, Suite 527, Augusta, ME 04330
When you write, include the name and email address you used on your request and a short description of your question. Please do not send your Social Security number, bank account numbers or loan account numbers by email.
When to expect a reply
We aim to answer emails within one to two business days as a general expectation. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are usually answered on the next business day, and mail takes longer to reach us.
If your question is urgent and concerns an existing loan, such as a payment due tomorrow, contact your lender directly, since only the lender can change anything on that account.
What we can help with
We can help with questions about our request form, the status of a request you sent through our service, how your information is shared with lenders in our network, and requests to stop further matching.
- How the request form works and what each question is for.
- Withdrawing a request or asking us to stop sending it to more lenders.
- Questions about our privacy policy and your choices about your data.
- Reporting a caller or message that falsely claims to represent us.
- Feedback about our site or guides, including corrections.
If you are researching a dash of cash loan and are not sure where to start, the how it works page walks through each step before you send anything.
What your lender handles instead
Loan servicing belongs to the lender. Payments, due dates, payoff amounts, statements, hardship options and decisions on an application are all handled by the lender that made your loan, not by us.
We are not a lender and cannot see or change your loan account, approve a request, adjust an APR or speed up funding. Your loan agreement lists your lender's contact details; use them for any account question. If you believe a lender in our network treated you unfairly, you can still tell us so we understand how lenders treat borrowers.
